Delivery Info
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. For most items, we ship for delivery on the next business day, provided we have received your payment. To ensure same-day dispatch, please place your order by 2:00 PM. We process and ship orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays. In the rare event of a stock shortage or a delivery delay, we will contact you immediately to provide an update.
Shipping Charges & Times
Our ice machines and other large equipment come with Free Standard Delivery to all mainland UK locations. This excludes custom-built units and deliveries to some remote areas. For smaller items like spare parts and water filters, shipping costs are calculated based on your order's total value.

Your Delivery Address
When you proceed to checkout, you'll have the option to enter a separate delivery address that is different from your billing address. Please note that we can only ship to one address per order. If you need to send items to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each address.
Receiving Your Delivery
A signature will be required upon delivery as proof of receipt. If you have any reason to suspect that your package is damaged, you should refuse the delivery and make a note of the damage on the courier's paperwork. Our standard shipping is for curbside delivery only, with self-installation required. Professional installation and commissioning services are available upon request.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. For any faults that occur during the product's warranty period, we will arrange for the necessary repairs on your behalf, in accordance with the warranty terms.
Returns & Cancellations
If you need to return an item, you must first contact us for approval. Items must be returned at your own cost. All products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a sellable condition, accompanied by your receipt and a completed returns form (available upon request). Please be aware that a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Do not return any product without getting in touch with us first.
